Gabriela Orlaineta is a trainer at the Battle Creek Club. She received her certification through the American Council on Exercise and has been involved with fitness for over 20 years. Participating in many sports including bodybuilding, racquetball and soccer, she has a demonstrated commitment to fitness. Her passion for exercise and for maintaining a healthy lifestyle will help you meet your fitness and nutritional goals.
Amber has been with the Courthouse for three years and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. She has 14 years experience in coaching high school sports and led her softball team to the 2007 4A State Championship. Amber is committed to helping you achieve your own personal best.
Sam is a graduate of Ashmead College’s Fitness Trainer program and a certified USA Weightlifting Club Coach, as well as a competitive powerlifter and Olympic weightlifter. He has been introducing clients to physical culture as a path to well-being for over 5 years. He will keep you focused with nutrition, recovery, and progressive training methods to achieve your goals and create a lifelong fitness habit.
Matt is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has been helping a wide variety of members as a Fitness Coach and Trainer since 2003. A competitive powerlifter who is passionate about improving quality of life through proper training, recovery, nutrition and lifestyle, Matt guides his clients to their ultimate success and the results they want.
Ryan is a personal trainer at the Keizer Courthouse Club and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT). He has been a personal trainer since 2003, and has a vast knowledge of fitness. He will challenge you with the appropriate level workout, whether you are a beginner or advanced. So, whether you are in a slump, new to the gym, want something different, or need someone to keep you honest come meet him.
Bryan Chang is a NASM certified trainer at the West Salem Courthouse. A Courthouse employee since 2006, and a life long athlete. Bryan’s experience both personal and professional avail him a wealth of knowledge that will afford him the skills required to assist you to reach your fitness goals. Bryan’s sense of humor passion and compassion will keep you moving with a smile.
Carrie Martin is a trainer at the Battle Creek Club. She is a Certified Trainer through NASM, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences. She has been with the Courthouse for six years and through these years has developed a passion for fitness that has helped her lose over 70 pounds. She would love to share her knowledge and experience with you in order to achieve your health and fitness goals.
Joe uses his experience as a life-long athlete and former competitive soccer player to keep exercise fun and interesting for his clients. Joe has a BS in Exercise Science and is NASM certified as a personal trainer. Sticking with an exercise program can be difficult. Let Joe help guide, encourage, and support you along the way.
Cara believes that our bodies were made to move and perform. Her mission is to help every person she works with thrive. She has her Masters in Anthropology with an emphasis on exercise and body image. Cara has been in the fitness industry for eight years and is certified through the NSCA with her CSCS. Cara is results driven and her workouts will keep you motivated and having fun!
